HealthWatch

A research companion

Health questions, answered against the literature you trust.

HealthWatch is a private research chatbot. It reads a curated knowledge base of long-form interviews, papers, and notes — Patrick, Attia, Huberman, and the rest — and escalates to web search when the answer isn't already in your library. Citations attached, biometrics on tap.

01 · Library

Your reading, indexed and reranked.

Every health card you save to Recall flows into a hybrid retriever — BM25 over titles and bodies, Voyage embeddings for semantic depth, rerank-2 for the final cut. Answers cite the exact chunk, with a deep link back to the source video or article.

02 · Web

Escalation when the library is silent.

For fresh papers, recent trial readouts, or anything not in your KB, HealthWatch reaches for Perplexity and Exa — domain-allowlisted to keep results on PubMed, NEJM, Lancet, and the long-form health press.

03 · You

Grounded in your biometrics.

Connect Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, or Withings. When you ask “am I sleeping enough?” the answer doesn't come from a generic cohort — it comes from your last seven days.

Principles

  • Cited or it didn't happen.Every claim links to the chunk it came from.
  • Health and biotech only.Out-of-scope queries refuse — by design.
  • Private by default.Single-tenant database, your data stays in your library.
